Jay Clue is an American born Artist, Art Director and Designer currently residing in London's East End. After attending New York's famous Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) he began working in the mens fashion design industry for heavy hitting New York City based brands such as DKNY and Rocawear. After a few years in New Yorks fast paced fashion world he decided to head back to college and moved down to sunny Miami, Florida. Clue completed his BFA in Graphic Design graduating at the top of his class with "Honours and Distinction" and winning numerous awards along the way. During his 4 years in South Florida he amassed a vast client base along with helping build one of Miami's hottest boutique design studios. Content with his accomplishments in the Sunshine State and looking for the next challenge Jay Clue decided to relocate back to the advertising mecca, New York City. After an intense few years he determined it was time to take the next step and begin work on his MA in Graphic Design at UAL's London College of Communication. He has since completed his MA and is currently working on a proposal for his PhD research, with hopes to initiate it in the autumn of 2012, along with presently pursuing opportunities in art direction, design and design education.
