Cocos Island Liveaboard

Join me for the trip of a lifetime to the shark paradise of Cocos Island alongside shark scientist Marta Cambra and Dive Ninja Expeditions! Cocos is consistently rated one of the top 3 diving destinations in the world. This extremely remote island off the coast of Costa Rica is a protected UNESCO World Heritage Site and was called “the most beautiful island in the world” by Jacques Cousteau. It will be an incredible trip with many opportunities to improve your photography skills. This 10-day workshop is limited to only four students and is open to all levels of underwater photographers, whether you are just starting or have solid experience under your belt. We’ll work together to design a unique workshop that fits what you’d like to learn or improve on.

Fiji Liveaboard

Join me as we set off to Fiji to explore the best ‘the soft coral capital of the world’ has to offer aboard the NAI’A liveaboard! From Mantas and sharks to jaw-dropping colorful soft corals to some of the most awesome macro life on earth. This 7-day add-on workshop is limited to only four students. The workshop is open to all levels of photographers, whether you are just starting or have some experience under your belt. We’ll work together to design a special workshop that fits what you’d like to learn or improve on and could cover shooting wide-angle, reefscapes, and macro, as well as using natural light or strobes,  Adobe Lightroom workflows, and post-processing/editing images.

Socorro & The Revillagigedo, Mexico

Mexico’s Revillagigedo Archipelago is one of my favorite places on Earth! Home to one of the world’s largest marine sanctuaries and widely considered some of the best big animal diving on earth. I’ll be guest hosting the 2026 Ninja New Year’s trip again and can’t wait to return to these magical islands. During the trip, I’ll be running a special big animal & wide-angle photo workshop to help you take home some mind-blowing shots. We’ll be looking for giant oceanic manta rays, over 10 species of sharks, Bottlenose dolphins, massive tuna, schools of jacks, and so much more. Kick-off 2026 in Socorro with Dive Ninja Expeditions and me for this special 9-day photo workshop limited to only four students. This workshop is open to all levels of photographers, whether you are just starting or have some experience under your belt. We’ll work together to design a unique workshop that fits what you’d like to learn or improve on and can cover shooting wide angle, shark & ray photography, storytelling, composition, Adobe Lightroom workflows and post-processing/editing images.

Above & Below: Mobula Rays & Night Skies

Join Jay Clue and legendary Sony Alpha Collective Photographer Stan Moniz next April for the return of our sold-out Above & Below Mobula Rays workshop in Baja California Sur, Mexico and get ready to experience the largest aggregation of rays on planet Earth! This unique 6-day photo workshop combines underwater, landscape, and astrophotography in one trip, led by two award-winning photography teachers. Throughout the trip, we’ll spend time out on the ocean snorkeling and freediving with the gigantic schools of rays, as well as catching their acrobatic jumps from the ocean. Then, as golden hour begins to illuminate Baja’s signature landscapes, we’ll head out on land to capture some of this remarkable area’s beautiful desert landscapes, mind-blowing sunsets, and star-filled night skies. Throughout the week, Stan and Jay will be hosting classes and discussions on underwater photography, wildlife photography, landscape photography and astrophotography, as well as hands-on training in the field and Adobe Lightroom sessions to help you take home some incredible shots for your portfolio.
